Dr. Rubaum is an ENT / Facial Plastic Surgeon / Laser Surgeon with over 30 years experience in the cosmetic field. A USC graduate, Dr. Rubaum has held fellowships with American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, American Skin Cancer Foundation, American Academy of Otorhinolaryngology, and American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery. Dr. Rubaum is also certified in Laser therapies and served in the United States Coast Guard. He has an active part of every treatment performed at the Laser Image Company.
